			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I started working with clients for private personal training sessions a few weeks back and boy is it going well. I am starting to see results in the clients and that makes me happy. Really happy. I really want to see them achieve their goals of losing weight, gaining muscle, gaining confidence, looking better in the bedroom, etc. When they achieve those goals I feel like I achieved those goals, and boy does it feel great!</p>
<p>A few things I noticed that would improve personal training sessions:</p>
<ul>
<li>Everyone being on time.</li>
<li>Following instructions on the homework that you get.</li>
<li>Taking before pictures</li>
<li>Setting a goal(s)</li>
<li>Keeping a progress record</li>
</ul>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="color: #000000;">It has been exactly 1 week since I have trained, I feel as if it has affected my moods, which in turn affected my relationships. I feel with my lack of spice in my usual conversations it has led to the people around me to be in worse moods. Not only have I not been training, I am also on a new schedule because of the puppy. I have to wake up at 6 am every morning to take out the puppy, then I have to play with him, and only then can I go back to bed.<br />
I can&#8217;t wait till he gets a little older so I can change his sleeping schedule.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">I cant wait to start training again on monday, but before then I want to do some Yoga today, and probably another day this weekend.  On Monday, I am starting a new program for BJJ and strength and conditioning. My BJJ program will consist of more drilling passing from guards that I have trouble passing and starting in, bad positions with people that are strong in those positions.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">I will start next week with 1 day a week of strength and conditioning, and I will work my w</span><span style="color: #000000;">ay up to 2 days. The sessions are going to be intense and they will hit all areas I need to take care of, so my BJJ game skyrockets.</span></p>
