I started working with clients for private personal training sessions a few weeks back and boy is it going well. I am starting to see results in the clients and that makes me happy. Really happy. I really want to see them achieve their goals of losing weight, gaining muscle, gaining confidence, looking better in the bedroom, etc. When they achieve those goals I feel like I achieved those goals, and boy does it feel great!

A few things I noticed that would improve personal training sessions:

  • Everyone being on time.
  • Following instructions on the homework that you get.
  • Taking before pictures
  • Setting a goal(s)
  • Keeping a progress record

If you or someone you know wants to get in shape, contact me, and I’ll have them in the best shape of their lives. First session is free just to see if I’m the right trainer for you.

    That is awesome to hear.

I recently started with a personal trainer, as I am taking a break from Jiu-jitsu and I want to keep in shape. (I am actually learning how to maintain my fight weight with 15% body fat… something that has been a challenge for me.)

Anyway, it is nice to hear that as a personal trainer you take pride in when your trainees meet their goals.

And, I wanted to add that taking photos is awesome. After I had my children my body kind of went to hell in a hand basket, and when I started to get back into shape I made a photo diary. When I go back and look at my old pictures, I am FLOORED by the progress I made, and it keeps me motivated.

Also, it may just be my browser, but it does not allow me to type my comment in the comment box. I had to type it out in a word doc and cut and paste it in.
