Today with the help of a good friend, I added 2 new supplements to my list… Zinc and Cayenne pepper both in hopes of picking up my immune system so I can train harder. Every time I start training hard, my immune system breaks down and I get sick.
My supplements include:

Fish oil for my healthy fats
Alive Multivitamin for a balanced intake of vitamins and minerals
Whey Protein for recovery
L Glutamine for anti catabolic affects
