I woke up this morning, after 5 rough hours of sleep, feeling like the only thing I can do is go right back to sleep. I didn’t even feel like training because I was so tired, but I decided to head out and make it happen anyways. On the way to training I was a bit excited to train because thats what I love to do, but I had a cloud over my head because of the lack of sleep.  When training started, I just couldn’t find the motivation or focus to train to my abilities. After the class was over I wanted to make up my weak performance to myself and decided to roll a few more rounds, but nobody was interested. So I looked over to the side and spotted my boy Moisey doing kettle bells. So I decided to join him. First I did some swings, snatches, clean and presses and turkish get ups in sets of 10 for each arm. I then did a set of 10 push ups on each arm with a medicine ball. Followed by jump squats with a 180 twist, and chest clapping explosive push ups. We finished up with some wheel barrows, where one person holds the legs and the other runs with his arms, then wheel barrow explosive frog jumps. We did 2 sets of those. Even though my jits didn’t feel too great, I’m glad I balanced it out with some conditioning training.

Whenever you feel as if you don’t want to do something, it’s usually the right thing to do. So push yourselves people and make the best out of every situation!
