On Thursday December 10th we had a promotion ceremony at Clockwork Jiu Jitsu. I was a little sick but I made it in to see what this promotion ceremony was about. My Parents both came and so did a lot of friends. On that evening we welcomed 3 new blue belts, 2 purples and 1 brown. I received my purple belt that evening! A great ending to the year of 2009 and a jump start to a great 2010. This was a huge milestone in my Jiu Jitsu career it signifies that I am half way to the coveted black belt!
Now I have to work even harder than I did before…
